Terms of use

Article 1

Radio-Television of Montenegro (hereinafter: RTCG) is the provider of a service that enables users to access radio, television and phonogram content from the RTCG's offer on the open Internet network through receiving devices (smartphones, computers, tablets, smart TV), regardless of where they are.

The use of certain content outside the territory of Montenegro is prohibited in accordance with the acquired rights exclusively for the territory of Montenegro.

These Terms of Use determine the ways of using the service of receiving RTCG program content through an open Internet network (hereinafter: MNE Play).

 

Article 2.

To use the MNE Play service, the user must ensure the correct operation of the receiving device, which must be connected to the Internet, have the necessary application installed and have the necessary computer programs, depending on the type and model of the receiving device. The MNE Play service can only be used when the receiving device is connected to the Internet, regardless of the connection infrastructure used, which may include, among other things, mobile and fixed network infrastructure, home installation, wireless connection, access points (Hot Spots), etc. The user is aware and agrees that the use of the service requires quality access to the Internet and that, depending on the Internet connection, the MNE Play service is not always available under the same conditions and with the same quality. RTCG is not responsible for the unavailability of the service due to pre-agreed and planned maintenance or upgrade of the system, unavailability of the service caused by force majeure, unavailability caused by activities and phenomena on which RTCG does not have or can have influence (e.g. improper use of user devices, loss of power supply at the user's location, interruption of the access infrastructure on the part of the end user, failure of the mobile transmission network or unsatisfactory quality of access to the Internet). mobile connection). To use the MNE Play service, registration with a valid e-mail address of the user or a user account on social networks is required. The area from which the user accesses the MNE Play service is determined by the IP address. Occasional discrepancies of IP address data are possible, so RTCG is not responsible in the event that the user is temporarily prevented from accessing certain content for this reason. When registering and using it, users are obliged to ensure the completeness, truthfulness and accuracy of the data they provide. RTCG will do everything to protect the privacy of users' personal data in accordance with the Law on Personal Data Protection. By using and/or registering, the user accepts these Terms of Use as well as any amendments thereto. It is considered that by using the MNE Play service or any part of it, users are at all times familiar with the current terms of use and that they have understood them in full.


 

Article 3

RTCG provides users with the use of content within the MNE Play service in good faith. All users may use the content only in accordance with these Terms of Use. RTCG's MNE Play service consists of its own content, content from partners and advertisers, user-generated content, links to external sites and an on-demand audio/audio-visual media service.

 

All content is available to users free of charge in the territory of the State of Montenegro. Through the MNE Play service, access to all television programs TVCG 1, TVCG 2, TVCG 3, TVCG MNE, Radio CG, Radio 98 as well as 4 radio WEB channels (RCG Classic, RCG Shqip, RCG Millennium, RCG Yug) will be provided.

 

All content is used by users at their own risk and RTCG is not responsible for any costs and possible damage caused by receiving the content, i.e. using the MNE Play service. This does not apply to the planned costs for access from abroad. Labels on certain content indicate that the use of content is allowed only to persons older than the specified number of years, in accordance with the Rulebook on the Protection of the Rights of Minors in the Field of Media Services. The content of RTCG, as well as advertisers or partners, which is the subject of the MNE Play service, is protected by copyright and related rights. It is not allowed to modify, lend, sell or distribute content, except with the prior written consent of RTCG, i.e. the advertiser or partner. If the user believes that there has been a violation of copyright or related rights, he is obliged to notify RTCG without delay. If RTCG determines that the user is using or distributing content without authorization, RTCG has the right to immediately and without warning disable access to that content for an individual user, as well as to initiate court proceedings to collect compensation.

 

Article 4

In case the website MNE Play contains links to third party websites, RTCG publishes these links in good faith and cannot be held responsible for the content outside of the MNE Play website and application. Users access such content at their own risk.

 

Article 5.

By accepting these Terms of Use, the user agrees that the MNE Play services will include advertising ads, as well as various information, messages from the administrator and similar messages necessary for regular notification of the user of the service and the normal functioning of all services and content. RTCG will occasionally send information to registered users, including sponsorship information, in the form of so-called newsletters.

By registering on the MNE Play platform, the user accepts the receipt of the newsletter. In case the user subsequently determines that he does not want to receive such messages, or that he withdraws from the given consent for the processing of personal data, he can deny permission to use his e-mail address for the purpose of receiving the newsletter by clicking on the link to unsubscribe from the newsletter list available in each newsletter sent to users.


 

Article 6

Access and consumption of content through the MNE Play service is possible through smartphones and tablets (iOS 12 and later, Android 8.0 and later), personal computers (Windows 10 and later, Mac OS 11 (Big Sur) and later, with the use of standard Internet browsers: Chrome, Microsoft Edge, Mozilla, Safari and smart television receivers (Samsung, LG year of production 2018 and newer), AndroidTV devices (Android 8 and later) and Amazon FireTV devices (FireTV OS and later). RTCG is not responsible for interference with the reception of content by the user due to unsatisfactory technical conditions or insufficient speed of the internet connection.

Article 7

 

MNE Play is free for users accessing it from the territory of Montenegro. All users accessing from abroad have free access to TVCG MNE, Radio Crne Gore programs, Radio 98, and content within the Montenegro category.


 

Article 8

RTCG reserves the right, without prior notice, to change or modify these Terms of Use of the MNE Play Service. RTCG will notify users of any change.
By using any content within the MNE Play service, it is considered that users are aware of and agree to the changes to the Terms of Use.
